Changes to Rental FAQ

Hi People!

We would like to highlight that there had been some changes to the Rental FAQ page which will take effect as of 21 Jan 2012 for new bookings.

For rental bookings confirmed prior to 21 Jan 2012, the previous terms and conditions conveyed will still hold.
